The parade would not happen without sponsors. The committee raises money to pay the City for DPW services and police services. Tax dollars do NOT fund the parade.
We had the generous sponsorship of Consumers Energy, AEW, Partners in Architecture, Motor City Pawn Brokers, Common Citizen, the Southeast Michigan Chamber of Commerce, and Moses Roses this year.
In addition to City services, the funds help us advertise the parade, and pay for various supplies.
